Russia hits Mariupol and tells Ukraine to surrender to avoid more deaths

Russia has given Ukrainian soldiers in Mariupol a chance to surrender as they approach the port city. Meanwhile, Russia is stepping up rocket attacks in other parts of Ukraine.
