Liberal Senator Amanda Stoker says Labor’s plan for wage growth is a “cupboard that’s pretty empty”.
Ms Stoker said the Coalition’s budget has included cost-of-living relief and pointed to the lower unemployment rate, which will put upward pressure on wages.
“When you compare that to a policy that comes from the Labor Party,” he told Sky News Australia.
“Promising pay rises with no real plan on how to do it…then you’re left with a cupboard that’s pretty empty on the Labor side.”
