The Mohammed bin Rashid Space Center reported the successful completion of the first Emirati space simulation mission, and the departure of astronaut Saleh Al Ameri, after eight months of isolation, from the ground complex of the Academy’s Biological and Medical Research Institute Science Russia. in Moscow.

Adnan Al Rayes, Project Manager for Mars 2117 at the MBRSC, said: We are proud that the UAE and the MBRSC are part of this global mission. We congratulate the crew and thank them for their efforts as they faced the challenges of isolation, including limited contact with family and friends.

Al-Rais added: The global nature of the international scientific research program at the “Sirius 21” single ground station is very important because it allows scientists from all over the world to unite their efforts to support the process of space exploration.

Space simulation pioneer Saleh Al-Amiri said: I am proud and proud after the success of the mission, and I dedicate this achievement to our wise leadership.
Al-Amiri added: We spent 240 days serving the country, and I thank everyone in charge of the mission, and I thank my colleague Abdullah Al Hammadi for all the support he gave me.
